What are the conditions for returning products?
Return requirements:
Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.).
The method of redeeming the value of the product that suits you, and any additional information related to that (ID number as an example in the case of a cash refund).
Please contact Customer Service during office hours in case you receive a damaged/incomplete product during the shipping process. In this case all products are returned plus the free gifts attached. If not all products are returned, the return will be rejected.
We will check the product to be returned. If it turns out that there are no damages resulting from misuse, the value of the product will be refunded in the manner convenient for you. The response will be made within a maximum period of 1-3 days after the relevant team receives the returned product.
If it was found during the inspection process that the product to be returned is free of the reason mentioned in your request, the value will not be refunded and the product will be returned to you.
When can products be returned to Lamst Harir?
You can return products to Lamst Harir within 15 days from the date they were delivered to you.
Note: You can use the online retrieval request only within 7 days after receipt, and you can return one or more products after 7 days and before the end of 15 days after receipt by contacting customer service or e-mail.
How to send the product to Lamst Hareer?
We will arrange a date to receive the product to be returned within 1-3 days of placing the order. It will be attempted to receive it from you twice in two different days. If we are not able to receive the product within the two deadlines, we will cancel the return request.
