Please note that the official working days in Lamset Harir are from Sunday to Thursday. Fridays, Saturdays, holidays and public holidays are a holiday for all Lamst Harir employees and shipping companies

Bonita delivers your orders in Kuwait through an intermediary company, and outside Kuwait via DHL. Other delivery companies or individuals may be used at peak times to confirm your service and deliver your orders at the right time for you.

The method of delivery at Lamst Hareer is delivery on the same day or on another day, depending on your geographical area, while giving you the option to choose the appropriate time for you to deliver at any time during the day, week, or even during the month.

The commodity must be requested at least four hours before the time to be obtained so that the delivery team can provide the commodity, taking into account the time of request (not to be late) and Bonita's working hours, in addition to the fact that there are commodities that need more than this time to be processed and may reach a day or several days depending on the nature of the product

Your signature will be requested on the copy of the invoice to confirm that you have received the products as indicated on the invoice. The order will be delivered to the address registered in the order, and the signature of any person present at this address is considered as your receipt of the order

In the event that we arrived at the registered address and no one was present at this address, please contact customer service to specify another time for delivery, and the company will not be responsible for any request that exceeds 3 days from the first date of delivery of the request. Knowing that if you are not present at the agreed time for delivery twice, additional fees will be charged for delivery after that.

Delivery fees to addresses within the State of Kuwait are 3 Kuwaiti dinars

Delivery fees to Gulf countries are 5 Kuwaiti dinars

Delivery fees to the rest of the world are 7 Kuwaiti dinars

Lamst Hareer provides a free delivery service for orders worth more than 80 dinars within the State of Kuwait

Lamst Hareer provides a free delivery service for order worth more than 100 dinars within the Gulf countries

Lamst Hareer provides a free delivery service for orders worth more than 120 dinars to the rest of the world

Important information about delivery

The applicant is required to sign a document of receipt of the purchases

Ensure the safety of the order from theft and damage from the moment it leaves the store until the moment of delivery. Lamst Hareer Company is responsible for the product after signing the receipt document

The guide uses the approximate delivery time starting from the moment the order is sent. Lamst Hareer is not responsible for any delay that may occur due to the fees payment procedures by the applicant.
